Richard Kiru

Richard Kiru studied for his BSc and MSc at Warwick University and decided soon after graduating that he wanted to dedicate his career to property. He built up a portfolio of properties, but as a landlord was disillusioned with the services and charges of high street agents. He decided to manage his own properties and has been doing so for over 16 years now.
Friends and family were soon turning to him to let and take care of their properties and it became apparent that there was a market for a reasonably priced and straight forward lettings service.
Setting up Christopher Lily (named after Richard's grandparents) was born out of the need to offer honest, personalised, trustworthy & transparent services to landlords and tenants.
